By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the anh30 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
To use anh30's services, you must meet the following requirements:
Anh30 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the anh30 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information or misrepresenting your identity is a serious violation that may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. anh30 will never ask for your password via email or unofficial channels. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own unless you have reported a security breach beforehand.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the anh30 platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or the use of automated software (bots) to play. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate game outcomes will result in legal action and immediate account termination.
All financial transactions on the anh30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are required to use valid payment methods registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods or credit cards not belonging to the user is strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are stated in the Wallet section of your account and are subject to change from time to time. anh30 reserves the right to request additional verification (including identity documents) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, in line with compliance requirements.
FPX deposits are typically processed within seconds to 5 minutes. Withdrawals to local bank accounts are processed within 1 to 3 business days. anh30 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Deposits credited to a gaming account cannot be directly refunded except in proven technical circumstances. anh30 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while verification is completed if there are signs of suspicious activity.
Anh30 provides the platform with reasonable effort to ensure it operates properly; however, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. anh30 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or planned or unplanned service downtime.
In all circumstances, anh30's maximum liability to a user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the anh30 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of anh30 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from anh30.
The anh30 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. anh30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Anh30 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, anh30 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account as damages.
Anh30 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the anh30 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
